Admiration for the Azzurri …
… at one time knew no bounds, especially because the “Valanga Azzurra” or “blue avalanche”, the Italian ski team in the 1970s, was one of the most successful teams of all time. It was led by Gustav Thöni, the star of our museum, which is also dedicated to the “blue avalanche”.
